We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Please ensure that you carefully select your products before making a purchase.
Defective Products
If you receive a product deemed defective by our merchant, we are happy to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, the defective product must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the purchase date with all tags and wrappings attached.
Unused and Unaltered Products
To be eligible for reimbursement, the defective product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered. Any signs of use or alterations may void reimbursement eligibility.
Reimbursement will be issued in the form of an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value.
Shipping Issues
Once products have been shipped, we are not responsible for any issues related to lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect address and your order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of the package due to your error. Any delivery issues must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
Return and Exchange Rights
Eway Extensions reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is dissatisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns and exchanges.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. During this time, we carefully prepare and package your order to ensure its quality and accuracy.
Shipping Time
After the processing period, shipping can take up to 5-10 business days. This time frame does not include weekends or public holidays.

Our shipping estimates are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Please consider this when calculating the expected delivery time.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package during transit. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping for all orders. If you require expedited shipping or have specific shipping preferences, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.
With any custom pre-order unit we color each wig and are made to order. We have a set processing time of 2-4 weeks. During this time we; construct the wig, color, bleach knots, pluck hairline, and/or style. There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but we get colors as close as possible.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays, may affect delivery time. We will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any potential delays. We are not responsible for any lost packages in the mailing system.
Address Accuracy
We cannot change any addresses after an order is placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please ensure you check your address before confirming the order. If your address is incorrect, your order will be canceled.
